1. Accounts

You need an account to organize games; joining a game as a player requires an account too, so your matches and standings can follow you across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Players play free

Joining and playing in games is free for players — forever. There is no player-side plan to upgrade to.

3. Organizer plan & trial

Organizer accounts include a 30-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continuing to run games requires a paid subscription ($9/month or $99/year). You can cancel at any time from your account settings — see our Refund & Cancellation policy for what happens to existing charges.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Rallyy Club to harass, defraud, or collect payments under false pretenses from players.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the platform itself.

5. Your content

Game data — rosters, scores, standings — belongs to the organizer who created it. We store and display it to run the product; we don't claim ownership of it.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for lost data from outages beyond our control.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
