Free trial
Every new organizer account gets a 30-day free trial — no card required to start. Cancel any time before day 30 and you will never be charged.
Cancelling anytime
You can cancel your organizer subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately.
7-day refund window
If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked. Just reach out via the Contact page and we'll process it.
After 7 days
Cancelling after the 7-day window stops future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable — you keep access until the period ends.
Players
Players never pay to join or play a game, so there's nothing to refund on the player side.
What happens to your data
Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your account or game history — your clubs, past matches, and standings stay intact. If you want your account data deleted entirely, contact us and we'll take care of it.
