1. What we collect

To run your account and your games, Rallyy Club stores:

• Account details — name, username, email, and an encrypted password (we never see or store your password in plain text).
• Profile info — an optional avatar image you upload.
• Game data — clubs, courts, categories, rosters, match scores, and standings you or players you host create.
• Payment info (organizers only, once billing is enabled) — handled entirely by our payment processor. Rallyy Club never stores your card number.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to operate the product: generating schedules, updating leaderboards in real time, sending you notifications about games you're in, and letting organizers manage their clubs. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

3. Who can see what

Anyone with a Club Code can see the roster, matches, and standings for that specific game — that's the point of a shared leaderboard. Your email and password are never visible to other players or organizers.

4. Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) behind row-level security policies, so a request can only read or write the rows it's authorized for. The app itself runs on Cloudflare's network.

5. Your choices

• You can update your profile or leave any game at any time from the app.
• You can request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — see the Contact page.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll update this page and adjust the "last updated" date above.
